They built a Four Seasons room on the back of our home at the time we were nearly done with the new construction. The crew and manager came and measured the space and made sound recommendations on shingles, etc. The installation crew was excellent in completing and adjusting the structure.

TRS planned and built a 20 foot by 12 foot two-story wood deck with stairs, on the back of our home. Complete with the structure necessary to support a future sunroom if desired.
Planning and permits went well, and once the county issued the permits the deck construction started immediately. The work progressed rapidly and the deck was quickly completed, including nice finishing touches that we didn't expect.

We are extremely happy with the sunroom which was installed by your company. In fact, it is our favorite room in the house; we spend a lot of time there. We were very happy with the team that erected it; Mike Gordon, your construction manager was very receptive to resolving any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner and the workmanship of the constructor (also Mike) was meticulous; he was very conscientious on finishing touches. I was amazed that with the extreme heat of the summer, we rarely had a need for the air conditioner; the room maintained a comfortable temperature and was pleasant to sit in even in the middle of the day.
The flooring and painting, which was done by RJ Floors was also exceptional. The stone tile we picked out accented the room and the furniture & fountain finished it off. The finished room is restful and we enjoy entertaining in it.
There was only one thing which customers need to be aware of. We were told that the ceiling windows would basically clean themselves with the rain. This is true to some extent, but customers need to ensure that the pitch of the roof will lend itself to the water running off. The water on our roof stays at the edges of the windows and when it dries, which could be two days later, it leaves a water mark.
It was a little expensive, but well worth it.
